Application documents:

Before applying within the terms determined by the Competition for enrolment, each interested candidate must register on the following web-site: www.upisi.ukim.mk and fill in the electronic application from the iKnow system.

The number that the candidate automatically receives from the electronic application system should be entered in the application that is submitted when applying for enrollment.

The application of candidates is done electronically, by sending an e-mail to one of the electronic addresses that the faculties will announce for application of candidates.

In the field subject of the e-mail, the candidates state the number that was automatically generated by the electronic registration system.

In addition to the application, the following scanned documents should be attached (in Attach File):

  1. Application for enrollment (form A1)
  2. Electronic application (from the iKnow system)
  3. Original certificates from all classes
  4. Document for passed state matura (original certificate for completed secondary education)
  5. Birth certificate
  6. Proof of citizenship of RSM (certificate or decision)
  7. Confirmation of payment:
    • Administrative fee in the amount of 50.00 denars (form PP 50: Name of the recipient: Treasury account-Skopje; Bank of the recipient: NBRSM; Transaction account 100-0000000-630-95; Payment account 840-XXX-03161; Account 722313 00)
    • 300 denars on the bank account of the faculty, for study programs for which the knowledge and skills are not evaluated
    • 500 denars on the bank account of the faculty, for study programs for which the knowledge and skills of ONE subject are evaluated
    • 1000 denars on the bank account of the Faculty, for study programs for which the knowledge and skills of several subjects are evaluated (the Faculty of Music and the Faculty of Fine Arts), i.e. 1500 denars at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts.

Candidates applying for enrollment as part-time students, in addition to the abovementioned documents, attach the documents listed in Chapter VI, item 3.
Applicants will receive an automatic confirmation that the e-mail has been received and that the application has been duly submitted.
The units will announce on their bulletin boards the deadlines within which the candidates will have to submit the original documents for application and registration.

When enrolling, the accepted candidates submit:

  1. Index, student ID and application forms
  2. Three photos (two photos with dimensions 3.5×4.5 and one with dimensions 2×3)
  3. Confirmation for paid 750 denars for informative, informational, cultural and sports activities of the students of the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, with the indication IKSA of UKIM, _______ (the faculty – holder of the study program to be indicated), on the bank account 10000000000063095 depositor: NBRSM, with the account of the budget user 1600103689 788 18 income code 723012, program 41.

The fee from the previous paragraph of this item is submitted by all admitted candidates, in all categories of students (including students exempted from paying tuition and co-financing, on various grounds). This fee is paid by the students every academic year, when enrolling in the winter semester.
