In order to realize the objectives of the Faculty in terms of financial and material accounting, The Vice-Dean of Finance performs the following tasks within the scope of financial and material operations of the Faculty:



  • Participate in the preparation of financial documents for the work of the Faculty;
  • Monitoring and control of the state and movement of assets and sources of funds, revenues and expenditures of the School;
  • Participate in the preparation of the draft budget of the Faculty and proposals to rebalance the budget;
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial plan of the faculty and monitoring;
  • Develop requirements for expansion plans to Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and the Ministry of Education;
  • Control of completeness and accuracy of the entire financial documentation (ex -ante i ex-post control);
  • Prepare information and reports on the movement of funds of the Faculty;
  • Organizes and controls the realization of inventory of fixed assets of the Faculty;
  • monitoring of the procurement needs of faculty, in coordination with the heads of the institutes.
  • Preparation of annual procurement plan and its implementation;
  • Organize and control procedures and public contracts and their implementation;
  • Coordinates the establishment of procedures for financial and material operations (movement of documents, invoicing, warehouse operations and other necessary procedures that will occur as needed depending on the course of work);
  • Approval of travel accounts, and making travel plans abroad in accordance with financial plan;
  • Monitoring of claims and liabilities of the Faculty;
  • Control of the warehouse operations;
  • Prepare requirements, monitor and prepare reports of integrative functions of the University;
  • Signing financial documents prior authorization of the Dean;
  • Prepare proposals and launch initiatives for resolution of certain issues and problems of the financial and material operations;
  • Perform other activities in the area of ​​financial and material operations of the Faculty, as well as other tasks entrusted by the Dean.
