Documents for nostrification of secondary school diploma

The diploma nostrification should be done at least approximately 2 months before application to the Open Competition for student enrollment.

Please NOTE: The diploma nostrification must be done only in person at the Ministry of education and science in NRM.

  1. The following documents are required:
    • Original diploma for completed secondary education (certified with an apostille stamp i.e stamped by the relevant Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the countries that are not members of the Hague Convention) (For inspection);
    • Two photocopies of the original diploma (one notarized copy);
    • Two copies of the diploma translated by a certified court translator in the Republic of North Macedonia (one copy certified by a notary public);
    • Original certificates for each completed year in secondary education;
    • Two photocopies of each original certificate (one copy of which is notarized);
    • Two copies of each certificate translated by an authorized court translator in the Republic of North Macedonia (one copy needs to be notarized).

OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

  1. Original birth certificate and two copies of the birth certificate translated by an authorized court translator in
    the Republic of North Macedonia (one copy notarized);
  2. Original citizenship certificate and two copies of the citizenship certificate translated by an authorized court translator in the Republic of North Macedonia (one copy needs to be notarized)
