Terms and conditions for enrollment:

  1. When applying candidates deliver:
  • Enrollment Application (form A1)
  • Electronic Application (from the iKnow system)
  • Nostrified certificate for finished high school
  • Certified translation of a birth certificate
  • Declaration for good health condition (from the H.I.  Student policlinic of the Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje)
  1. Candidates who are applied for study programs in English language need to deliver evidence for English language competence:
  • Certificate from the Philology Faculty “Blazhe Koneski” in Skopje, or
  • international certificate, or
  • diploma for previously gained competence for English language.

Candidates apply through the electronic address upisi-fvm@ukim.edu.mk. and in the email attach (attach files) the documents mentioned above.

Documents for applying and enrollment:

Before applying in deadlines mentioned above, all interested candidates need to register at http://www.upisi.ukim.mk and fill in the electronic application from the iKnow system.

The number given to the candidate automatically by filling in the electronic application needs to be included the application that they give when they apply for enrollment.

The application of the candidates is condone electronically, by sending an electronic mail (e-mail) at the address upisi-fvm@ukim.edu.mk.

In the subject of the email (Subject) the candidates insert the number automatically given to them by the system for electronic application.

When applying, in the email the candidates need to attach (Attach Files) scanned the following documents:

  • Enrollment Application (form A1)
  • Electronic Application (from the iKnow system)
  • Nostrified certificate for finished high school
  • Certified translation of a birth certificate
  • Declaration for good health condition (from the H.I.  Student policlinic of the Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje)
  • Certificate from the Philology Faculty “Blazhe Koneski” in Skopje, or: international certificate: diploma for previously gained competence for English language.

The candidates will be given an automated confirmation that the application was received.

The Faculty, at its announcement table will publish the deadlines when the candidates will need to deliver the original documents for applying and enrollment.

When enrolling, the accepted candidates deliver:

Index, student legitimation, and request forms

Three photographs (two photographs with dimensions 3.5×4.5 cm and one with dimensions 2×3 cm)

Confirmations for payment:

  • Administrative tax of 50,00 denars (form PP 50; Title of the receiver (Трезорска сметка- Скопје); Bank of the receiver НБРСМ transaction account: 100-0000000-630-95; payment account 840-ХХХ-03161; conto 722313 00)
  • Confirmation for paid 3000 EURO (annual scholarship) to the transaction account of the faculty (form PP 50: Title of the receiver: Факултет за ветеринарна медицина – Скопје; Bank of the receiver: НБРСМ; account 100-0000000-630-95; account for budget unit 1600104561 788 15; income cipher 723012, program 41)
  • Confirmation for paid 300 denars to the transaction account of the faculty (form PP 50: Title of the receiver: Факултет за ветеринарна медицина – Скопје; Bank of the receiver: НБРСМ; account 100-0000000-630-95; account for budget unit 1600104561 788 15; income cipher 723012, program 41)
  • Confirmation for paid 750 denars for informative, informational, cultural, and sport activities for students at the Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje titled ИКСА на УКИМ, Факултет за ветеринарна медицина (the faculty needs to be cited, as well as the study program) at the account 100000000063095 of the bank receiver НБРСМ, with account of budgeting unit  1600103689 788 18, income cipher 723012, program 41.

This substitute the students deliver while enrolling every study year.
