SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRAINING WITHIN THE VETCOM PROJECT
With the successful completion of final presentations, we officially concluded the English language and communication skills training for teaching and administrative staff, held within the VETCOM project, supported by the Erasmus+ programme.
The last group of participants completed the program with excellent results, earning the right to receive a certificate of successful completion.
A total of 85% of the staff completed the training and received a certificate of English language proficiency — a result that significantly exceeded initial expectations. This achievement marks a major step forward in improving the quality of teaching, especially in support of students enrolled in the English-taught program.
Through the program, participants improved their language expression and strengthened their communication and professional skills, essential for everyday work in an international context.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the team from Atlas Language School in Ireland for their outstanding support, patience, and professionalism. Their work left a strong positive impression on the entire training process.
In the next phase of the project, certified participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Zagreb, enabling the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and best practices in English-language teaching. We believe this partnership will be a valuable new link in our efforts toward internationalization and continuous development.
With training that exceeded expectations and staff now ready for new challenges, the VETCOM project is establishing itself as a pillar of strategic progress in higher veterinary education.
